Clinic hours are 8:30–11:30 AM and 2:30–5:30 PM, and the clinic is closed on weekends, public holidays, and during the year-end and New Year period. The clinic has also introduced an online eligibility verification system for My Number Card health insurance (Myna Hoken-sho), enabling high-quality consultations based on patients' medical records. During busy periods, priority may be given to patients with appointments even within regular clinic hours, so walk-in patients are advised to arrive early.
