Hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays, closed Thursdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end/New Year period. Walk-in patients without prior appointments or referrals are welcome, and English services are available. The clinic accepts credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments, and provides parking and barrier-free facilities. A shuttle bus is also available.
