Gotou Medical Corporation Gotou Clinic is an internal medicine clinic located in Misono, Ritto City, Shiga Prefecture, supporting community healthcare in the green-rich Kansho district since opening in 2003. As a specialist in general internal medicine, we are dedicated to providing heartfelt and careful medical care, with departments including Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, and Allergy. We treat a wide range of internal medicine conditions from acute symptoms such as colds and abdominal pain to chronic diseases like lifestyle-related diseases, and also conduct health checkups and allergy tests. We have introduced less painful transnasal endoscopy, and offer vaccinations including influenza, pneumococcal, and varicella vaccines. Additionally, we prescribe medications for male pattern baldness and ED treatment. Located a 3-minute walk from the Nakamura bus stop (accessible via Teisan Bus from JR Kusatsu Station or JR Ritto Station), we offer over 20 free parking spaces. We provide a reservation number service that allows patients to check their appointment status from outside the clinic by phone, internet, or smartphone, with a notification call feature that informs patients when their turn is approaching. Clinic hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM, with closures on Thursdays, Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and holidays.
