Ogawa Dental Clinic has been committed to community-based dental care in Matsubara-cho, Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, since its establishment in 1963. After relocating to its current location in 2011, the clinic has created a friendly treatment environment that encourages regular visits as a family dentist. The clinic has obtained the Medical DX Promotion System Establishment Addition and has established a system for providing high-quality medical care. This is a barrier-free facility with English-speaking support and parking, and is closed on Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and the Obon holiday period. Based on insights into the interaction between proteases produced by oral bacteria and viral envelopes, the clinic also promotes awareness of the importance of plaque control.
