Otsu Family Clinic, located in Daimondori, Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, is a medical facility providing internal medicine care to support community health. Operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, with consultations in the morning on Monday, Thursday, Saturday and in the afternoon on Tuesday, Friday. The clinic operates on an appointment system, giving priority to appointment patients. Closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end/new year period. From April 2026, Dr. Shigeru Takahashi, a certified surgeon and instructor of the Japan Surgical Society, became the new director and continues to provide medical care as before. The clinic also offers home visit services. English language support is available, and payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or electronic payment. The facility includes parking and barrier-free accessibility. Currently, due to the director transition, new patient registration is suspended.
