Kondo Pediatrics, a medical corporation located in Oujigaoka, Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, is a clinic specializing in pediatric and allergic diseases. Since opening in April 2003, medical services have been provided by two physicians certified by the Pediatric Society, Allergy Society, and Pediatric Cardiology Society. In particular, specialized care leveraging the physicians' expertise is available for allergic diseases such as bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis, and hay fever, as well as pediatric heart conditions including congenital heart disease, arrhythmia, and Kawasaki disease. The clinic has operated on an appointment-only system since its opening, with automated phone and web reservation services available. Parking is provided. English services are available. For infection control, there are three private rooms for infectious diseases, and dedicated reception procedures are in place for fever or suspected cases of chickenpox and mumps. The clinic is closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, the third Saturday, national holidays, and during year-end/New Year and Obon periods.
