Director Dr. Takeyuki Moriji holds a medical doctorate from Kyoto University Graduate School of Medicine and has extensive experience at Louisiana State University in the United States, Kurashiki Central Hospital, and Otsu Red Cross Hospital before founding the clinic in 2000. The clinic specializes in lacrimal duct diseases, offering advanced procedures including endoscopic lacrimal tube intubation and dacryocystorhinostomy. In addition to same-day cataract surgery, glaucoma care, laser treatment for diabetic retinopathy and retinal tears (photocoagulation), as well as consultations for dry eye and eye strain, the clinic serves patients of all ages as a community family doctor.
