Senju-kai Nakagawa Clinic is an internal medicine clinic located in Sone-cho, Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture. Since April 2025, a new director has taken office, aiming to serve as the local primary care physician while leveraging their expertise as a respiratory medicine specialist. The clinic provides internal medicine services with a focus on respiratory diseases, allergic conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and lung cancer. Additionally, they emphasize treatment for lifestyle-related diseases including hypertension and diabetes, everyday health concerns, and home healthcare. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, national holidays, as well as New Year's first three days, Obon period, year-end and New Year holidays, and may also close on certain specific holidays. The reception desk is fully open so that patients can see the staff, creating an atmosphere where they can easily consult. Seasonal flowers are arranged to reflect the four seasons, and flower vases and paintings are regularly changed. The second floor serves as a concert hall, where music concerts and health seminars are sometimes held. The clinic supports English and Korean languages, and is equipped with parking and barrier-free facilities.
