布施クリニック is a medical clinic operated by a medical corporation located in Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture. In addition to internal medicine, it offers orthopedics, neurosurgery, and rehabilitation departments. Operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM, with consultations available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings and afternoons, as well as alternating Saturdays. The clinic is closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, and holidays, as well as the 2nd and 4th Saturdays, New Year's holidays (January 1-3), and December 30-31. Since September 2008, this clinic has been certified as a home medical care support clinic, and has been working to improve its medical systems, including introducing an electronic medical record system in June 2009. The clinic provides diagnosis and treatment for headaches and has resumed smoking cessation treatment with Champix since November 2025. The facility has a parking lot and barrier-free access.
