The clinic operates on an appointment-preferred basis, accepting same-day phone bookings as well as emergency and new patients at any time, enabling flexible responses to sudden dental problems. English-language service is available, making the clinic welcoming to patients who prefer to communicate in languages other than Japanese. On-site parking is provided for those arriving by car. Office hours are 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM (until 5:00 PM on Saturdays). The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during the year-end/New Year and Obon periods.
