Located in Kamisasatsuka, Yoshikawa City, Saitama Prefecture, Medical Corporation Medical Community Mai is an internal medicine clinic focused on early cancer detection and community healthcare. The clinic has newly introduced CT, X-ray, and ultrasound equipment, enabling high-precision diagnoses through reading performed by the Chair of the Department of Radiology at Japan Medical University. For gastrointestinal examinations, female physicians perform colonoscopies, and the clinic offers comprehensive imaging tests including breast cancer screening, carotid artery ultrasound, thyroid ultrasound, and abdominal ultrasound. In lifestyle disease management, the clinic has been creating "Lifestyle Disease Treatment Plans" since June 2024 for patients with hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia, providing high-quality disease management. Lunchtime examinations are available between 13:00 and 14:00, including X-rays, ECGs, and bone density measurements, ensuring examination opportunities for busy individuals. The fever clinic operates by appointment and requires patients to come by private car and wait in their vehicle, but does not accept patients under 15 years old. The clinic provides English support, accepts credit cards and electronic payments, and offers parking and barrier-free access. Closed on Sundays, holidays, and Wednesdays, with separate closures during year-end and summer holidays. Following the departure of cardiology and neurology physicians in late March 2025, the clinic now operates primarily as an internal medicine practice.
