Operating hours are 9:00 AM-12:00 PM and 2:30-5:30 PM, closed Thursday afternoons, Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and holidays. First-time patients and those who haven't visited in over a year have designated reception deadline times, and new contact lens prescriptions have been suspended. Appointments are generally not required, but priority treatment tickets are available. To provide university-level care locally, the clinic is equipped with the latest medical equipment and experienced physicians with specialist qualifications. Same-day surgeries are performed for cataracts, vitreous, glaucoma, and ICL, and laser treatments are also available. Registered as an ICL-certified clinic, laser treatments for glaucoma and floaters are possible. Catering to a wide age range from young children to the elderly, excellent staff are stationed for strabismus and amblyopia. Orthoptists are also available, and orthokeratology is offered for nearsighted patients to correct vision without surgery. English language support is provided, and credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments are accepted, with parking and barrier-free facilities fully equipped.
