City Tower Warabi Dermatology is a dermatology specialty clinic located a 2-minute walk from the west exit of Warabi Station in Saitama Prefecture, opened in 2010. The director, after graduating from Showa University School of Medicine, gained experience in diagnosing skin diseases at university hospitals and affiliated facilities, and opened this clinic after serving at Showa University Fujigaoka Hospital Dermatology and Public Showa Hospital Dermatology. They are members of the Japanese Dermatological Association, Japanese Society of Cosmetic Dermatology, Japanese Society of Pressure Ulcer Research, Japanese Society for Clinical Dermatology, and Saitama Dermatological Association. In terms of clinical services, they use dermoscopy to determine whether skin tumors are benign or malignant, and refer patients to nearby general hospitals when necessary. For athlete's foot treatment, they confirm dermatophytes under a microscope and apply antifungal topical medications, and also use oral medications for cases that have progressed to nail fungus. For wart treatment, in addition to standard liquid nitrogen therapy, they combine oxarol ointment and glutaraldehyde therapy for stubborn cases. For insect bite prevention, they recommend using repellents containing DEET or icaridin, and also conduct bee allergy testing. The facility is barrier-free and offers medical services in English. Payment methods include credit cards and electronic payments. The clinic is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays, as well as public holidays, summer holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.
