Located in Fujimi, Tsurugashima City, Saitama Prefecture, Inoue Clinic (Medical Corporation Koshikai) is a community-based clinic approximately an 11-minute walk from the east exit of Wakaba Station on the Seibu Railway. With internal medicine as its core, the clinic offers a wide range of specialties including cardiology, gastroenterology, surgery, and dermatology, providing comprehensive care from routine health management to specialized conditions. Director Toshinao Inoue, M.D., Ph.D., graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Tokyo Medical and Dental University, built his career in gastrointestinal surgery at the university's affiliated hospital, and served as a visiting research fellow at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in Germany. Vice Director Yasunori Inoue is a cardiology specialist who practiced for many years at The Jikei University Hospital, holding certifications from the Japanese Circulation Society and the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine. Since October 2025, the clinic has expanded its services to include sleep apnea testing and CPAP therapy. Fever and infectious disease outpatient services are also available, emphasizing infection control. English-language support is available, and with a parking lot and barrier-free design, the clinic creates an accessible environment for patients from diverse backgrounds. The turtle character depicted on the building and signage is inspired by a Chinese pond turtle cherished by the director's family for many years, symbolizing the warm atmosphere of this beloved community clinic.
