Tokorozawa Akitsu Clinic is an internal medicine clinic located in Kamiyasumatsu, Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, aiming to integrate Eastern and Western medicine by combining the strengths of Western medicine and Kampo (traditional Japanese herbal medicine). In addition to herbal extracts, the clinic also prescribes raw herbal decoctions tailored to each patient on-site, accepts various insurance plans, and such a treatment system is extremely rare nationwide. Medical departments include Internal Medicine, Anesthesiology, and Kampo Medicine, with consultation hours from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Registration closes 15 minutes before the end of each consultation session. Afternoon sessions on Mondays and Fridays are generally closed, but appointments can be made with notice by the previous day. The cutoff for herbal decoctions is 11:00 AM for morning sessions and 4:30 PM for afternoon sessions. Closed days include Sundays, holidays, Wednesdays, Saturday afternoons, as well as year-end and New Year holidays and the Obon period. The clinic has approximately four parking spaces and provides services in English.
