Seishinkai Shisei Hospital, established in 1985, serves as a designated secondary emergency care facility in Sayama City, Saitama Prefecture, supporting regional healthcare. In addition to general outpatient care in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Cardiology, Diabetes Clinic, Breast Surgery, Smoking Cessation Clinic, Neurosurgery, and Rehabilitation, the hospital focuses on preventive medicine including comprehensive health checkups, lifestyle disease screenings, corporate health exams, occupational medicine, and school physician services. In December 2009, a dedicated health checkup facility opened, allowing for examinations in an environment separate from hospital patients. Comprehensive health checkups are completed in approximately 4 hours, covering registration, various tests, consultation, meals, and result explanation. Outpatient reception hours are from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM, with consultation hours from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The hospital is closed on Sundays, holidays, Wednesday afternoons, and from December 29 afternoon to January 4 for the New Year period. Services include English support, credit card/debit card/electronic payments, parking, and barrier-free access.
