Director Seiji Yamada provides thorough counseling, presenting multiple treatment options and using visual aids such as materials, models, and intraoral cameras for clear explanations. The clinic works with patients to find the most suitable treatment approach, welcoming questions and concerns. Operating hours are 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM on weekdays (excluding Thursday) and until 7:40 PM on Saturday, with evening appointments available. Parking is available at the adjacent coin parking lot, with parking fees reimbursed upon receipt presentation at reception. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (December 30 to January 4), and Obon holidays (August 10 to August 15).
