Wakaba Eye Clinic is located on the 3rd floor of Palte Kitakoshi, near the East Exit of Kitakoshi Station in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture. The clinic operates in a barrier-free building. Specializing in ophthalmology, they provide comprehensive eye care including vision tests, intraocular pressure tests, fundus examinations, visual field tests, tear secretion function tests, lacrimal irrigation tests, and color vision tests, as well as eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions, treatment for eye infections such as conjunctivitis, hay fever, cataracts, glaucoma, and retinal diseases caused by diabetes and hypertension. Closed on Sundays, Wednesdays, holidays, and Saturday afternoons. Consultation hours are from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The director completed initial training as an internist after graduating from Tohoku University School of Medicine, then joined the Department of Ophthalmology at Tohoku University School of Medicine, and opened Wakaba Eye Clinic in May 2002. Parking is available at Palte Kitakoshi, with space for wagons and off-road vehicles.
