Located in Chimagidai-nishi, Koshigawa City, Keiwa Hospital has maintained a flexible system to meet regional healthcare needs since its establishment in 1988. Medical departments include Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, Surgery, Nephrology, Cardiology, Respiratory Medicine, Neurology, Urology, Dermatology, and Pain Clinic, with outpatient and inpatient hemodialysis treatment available. Specialty clinics offer hemodialysis Monday through Saturday in morning, afternoon, and evening sessions; Nephrology on Monday mornings and Friday afternoons; Cardiology on Wednesday mornings and afternoons; Respiratory Medicine on Wednesday and Thursday mornings and afternoons and 1st and 5th Saturday mornings; Neurology on Monday afternoons, Tuesday mornings and afternoons, and Thursday afternoons; Urology on Saturday mornings; and Dermatology by appointment on the 2nd Monday from 2 PM to 4 PM. Home visit services began in 2004, with home nursing and rehabilitation support also provided. The hospital has 18 acute care beds, 56 regional comprehensive care beds, 42 disabled care beds, and 41 hemodialysis beds, participating as a designated secondary emergency hospital in the hospital group rotation system. Medical equipment includes general X-ray imaging, X-ray fluoroscopy, MDCT, ultrasound diagnostic devices, various electronic endoscopes, and fundus cameras. English-speaking staff are available, with parking and barrier-free facilities. Reception hours are weekdays 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 1 PM to 5 PM, Saturdays 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Consultation hours are weekdays 9 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Saturdays 9 AM to 1 PM, closed Saturday afternoons, Sundays, holidays, and year-end holidays.
