The clinic operates on an appointment-priority system and accepts new patients at any time. On Wednesdays, clinic hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Mondays, treatment is available until 11:30 AM. The clinic is closed on the first Monday and Tuesday of each month, holidays, and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when Tuesday falls on a holiday. Closure during year-end and New Year, Golden Week, and Obon holidays is also announced on the official website. The clinic offers English language services, accepts credit cards and electronic payments, provides parking, and is barrier-free equipped.
