Kawaguchi Ryoka Cardiovascular Internal Medicine Clinic is a specialized cardiovascular clinic located in Ryoka, Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture. Dr. Takashi Adachi, the clinic director, graduated from Kanazawa Medical University School of Medicine and accumulated extensive experience at Tokyo Women's Medical University First Surgery Department. After serving as an assistant and lecturer at the university, he held positions including Head of the Cardiovascular Department at Mejiro Second Hospital, Vice Director at Hatogaya Hospital, and Managing Medical Director at Sanyuikuai Hospital, treating cardiovascular and respiratory diseases at university-affiliated and regional hospitals. Dr. Adachi holds a Doctor of Medicine degree and is certified as a specialist by the Japanese Circulation Society and the Japanese Heart Rhythm Society, and as an instructor by the Japanese Association for Thoracic Surgery. He currently serves as a part-time lecturer at Tokyo Women's Medical University and a school doctor at Kawaguchi City Anyo Junior High School.
