Takahashi Ladies Clinic is an obstetrics and gynecology clinic located in Asahi, Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture. The clinic has introduced the latest 4D ultrasound for prenatal checkups. Unlike traditional 3D echocardiography which produces still images, 4D echocardiography allows for video recording, enabling you to see your baby moving. When the clinic relocated to Asahi, Kawaguchi City in 2017, a newly renovated facility was created, featuring a beauty room and dining hall. It also offers private nursing rooms available to outpatient visitors. Since June 2024, afternoon tea has been introduced during snack time to enhance the hospital stay. Support programs for pregnant women include maternal health classes such as nutritional guidance and exercises that help with smooth delivery, prenatal yoga to learn breathing techniques useful for childbirth, and relaxation dance after delivery that can help with pelvic tightening and abdominal muscle strengthening, providing comprehensive support from pregnancy through postpartum.
