Orange Home Clinic is a home visit medical specialty clinic located in Shinjukumachi, Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture, with internal medicine as its medical specialty. A team of three—a physician, nurse, and driver—visits the homes of those who find it difficult to visit the clinic, providing comprehensive treatment for multiple conditions and managing overall health. When necessary, we coordinate with specialists in specific conditions to provide treatment and support local residents in living the kind of care life they desire. We prescribe medications using their ingredient names (generic names), and if the ingredients and efficacy are the same, generic medications can also be dispensed. We support English, and home visit medical care is available to anyone who finds it difficult to visit alone and requires ongoing medical management, regardless of age, diagnosis, severity, or social background. The main service area includes Kawagoe City, Tsurugashima City, and Fujimino City. During the year-end and New Year period, we provide emergency house calls for current patients receiving home visit care.
