Bashima Surgery is a 19-bed inpatient clinic located in the Takashina area of Kawagoe City. It started operations in 2018, succeeding Nakamura Surgery, and also functions as a home medical care support clinic. While primarily specializing in surgery, it also handles internal medicine conditions, covering a wide range of areas including hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, digestive diseases, respiratory diseases, and urological diseases. Special treatments include home oxygen therapy, sleep apnea syndrome, home parenteral nutrition, ED treatment, AGA treatment, and smoking cessation therapy. Consultation hours are weekdays 9:00-11:45 and 14:00-17:30, with closed on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and holidays. They separate the flow of febrile patients and general patients both temporally and spatially, and accept patients regardless of their history of fever. As part of infection control measures, alcohol disinfection of door handles and similar items is performed every 30 minutes, and patients must bring their My Number insurance card or health insurance card when visiting. Diagnostic equipment includes whole-body CT scanner, gastrointestinal endoscope, ECG, exercise ECG, Holter ECG, ultrasound diagnostic equipment, bone densitometry, pulmonary function testing, blood gas analyzer, sleep apnea testing, and all-night polysomnography. Portable ultrasound examinations allow for detailed testing even during home visits. Health screening services include specific health checkups, health checkups for late-stage elderly, cancer screenings, vaccinations, comprehensive health checkups, pre-employment health exams, and occupational health exams. Parking is available, and English language support is provided.
