The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, with Saturday morning hours only. Closed days are Thursdays, Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and holidays. As a specialized ENT clinic, they provide hearing tests for hearing loss, dizziness, and tinnitus. Patients receiving hearing tests are recommended to arrive approximately 1 hour before the reception closes. The clinic also offers rubella antibody testing and vaccinations, including the 5th vaccination program and services for women planning pregnancy. For infection control, mask-wearing is mandatory. For patients with fever, sore throat, or cough symptoms, afternoon examinations on weekdays are by reservation only. The clinic has an online booking system, allowing patients to make appointments from home via smartphone or PC. Parking is available on-site.
