Located in Shingo, Higashimatsuyama City, Saitama Prefecture, Tsuji Hojun Clinic is a medical facility operated by the Medical Corporation Hojunkai, specializing in internal medicine. The clinic's history dates back to 1773, when the first director Tsuji Hojun Morikata practiced medicine in Yamanashi Prefecture. Following the 1891 revision of the Medical Practitioners Act, Western medicine was introduced, and the sixth director obtained a medical license, transitioning to modern medical practice. The current director, the tenth generation, opened the clinic in Higashimatsuyama City in 1995 and incorporated as a medical corporation in 2000. The facility provides English-language services and is equipped with parking and barrier-free access, ensuring a comfortable visiting environment. As a medical corporation, it not only operates clinic services but also runs the home care business 'Rakuraku Care Service,' which operates Day Service Rakuraku, providing community-rooted services covering both medical and nursing care. In 2022, the day service relocated and the cultural project 'Cross Play Higashimatsuyama' was launched, further expanding engagement with the local community.
