Designated as an emergency care institution, it provides primary care for the community with early diagnosis and treatment, while collaborating with university hospitals and core hospitals when necessary. Outpatient services are closed on Sundays and Saturday afternoons, with year-end and New Year holidays (from the afternoon of December 30 to January 3). Appointments are generally required. The hospital features accessible parking and barrier-free facilities, and offers English language support as well as payment via credit cards and electronic payment systems.
