Under Dr. Ayako Osada, the fourth-generation director, treatment is provided by an all-female medical staff. The clinic's approach emphasizes standing in the patient's shoes and working together on treatment. English services are available. The facility is equipped with parking and barrier-free access. Closed on Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (December 29 to January 5), and Obon holidays (August 13 to August 16). The clinic features "Colorful Square" by contemporary artist Eisuke Mori (Ace). This work, consisting of 11 connected pieces with the theme of a place where colors gather, uses the motif of people as colors to express the wish to cross borders and get along well, with the gold background representing a bright future.
