Physicians certified as hearing aid consultants and hearing aid fitting specialists work in collaboration with certified hearing aid technicians to provide end-to-end services, from consultations and trial fittings to adjustments and sales. Consultations are also available for those dissatisfied with hearing aids purchased at other clinics or received as gifts from family members. The hearing aid outpatient service operates by appointment every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday morning, as well as on alternating Thursday mornings. English-language assistance is available, and the facility offers both a parking lot and barrier-free access, ensuring a comfortable environment for a wide range of patients. Consultation hours are from 9:00 to 12:30 in the morning and 14:30 to 18:00 in the afternoon.
