The hearing aid outpatient service operates by appointment every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday morning, as well as on alternating Thursday mornings. Consultation hours are from 9:00 to 12:30 in the morning and 14:30 to 18:00 in the afternoon. The clinic is closed on Sundays, public holidays, during the year-end and New Year period, and during the Obon season.
