Doctor Taro Clinic, located in Sakuragaoka, Yao City, Osaka Prefecture, is an internal medicine clinic founded in 2020 by Director Dr. Taro Ohara. After graduating from Mie University, Dr. Ohara gained experience at multiple medical institutions including Uji Tokushukai Hospital, University of Toyama (Neurosurgery), and Yao Tokushukai Hospital, developing comprehensive medical expertise spanning general internal medicine, respiratory and renal medicine, emergency care, trauma treatment, stroke management, and psychiatry. A particularly notable feature of the clinic is its strong focus on home medical care, with community-based healthcare as a core philosophy. The clinic also offers consultations in English, making it an accessible option for patients who require communication in languages other than Japanese. Dr. Ohara himself has lived in Canada and is known as a physician with an international perspective, having also been involved in supporting Médecins Sans Frontières. Consultation hours are from 13:00 to 17:00, with the clinic closed on weekends, public holidays, and the year-end and New Year period.
