Located in Neyagashi-minami, Neyagawa City, Osaka Prefecture, Inaoka Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic (Medical Corporation Toseikai) is a specialized clinic for otorhinolaryngology. Established in 2014, the clinic is led by Dr. Takatoshi Inaoka, director and a native of Neyagawa City. Dr. Inaoka completed his medical studies at Kyoto University, earned a PhD in Medicine, and is a board-certified otolaryngologist by the Japan Otorhinolaryngological Society. He has extensive experience working at major hospitals with over 500 beds, including Kyoto University Hospital, Shizuoka City Hospital, Kyoto Medical Center, and Hyogo Prefectural Amagasaki Hospital. During his graduate studies, he conducted research on the inner ear and developed new treatment approaches for hearing impairment. Leveraging this experience, the clinic addresses the challenge of limited consultation time in large hospitals by creating an environment where patients can fully understand their conditions and receive treatment with confidence. The clinic features a system where examination microscopes and endoscopes are connected to monitors, allowing patients to easily view their conditions. The clinic actively contributes to community healthcare, serving as school doctor at multiple schools in Neyagawa City. Dr. Inaoka is actively involved in academic activities, belonging to the Japan Otorhinolaryngological Society, Otorhinolaryngological Clinical Society, Japan Otological Society, Society for Equilibrium Research, Japan Society for Head and Neck Cancer, and Japan Broncho-Esophagological Society. He presents at international and domestic conferences and publishes articles in both English and Japanese.
