The clinic offers morning consultations (9:00–12:00) on weekdays and Saturdays, with additional evening and night hours (17:30–19:30) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, making it accessible for those who find daytime visits difficult. Wednesdays and Saturdays are limited to morning hours only, and the clinic is closed on Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (December 30 – January 4), and the summer holiday period (August 13–15). The facility is fully accessible, featuring wheelchair-friendly facilities, designated parking spaces, and multi-function restrooms. It also provides visual information displays and written communication support for patients with hearing impairments, ensuring a welcoming environment for a wide range of patients.
