Located in Kido Higashicho, Kawachinagano City, Osaka Prefecture, the Kawachinagano Municipal Health Center provides internal medicine services as a holiday emergency medical clinic. It is accessible via National Route 170 (Outer Ring Road) and from Nankai Chiyoda Station, as well as within walking distance from the Osaka South Medical Center stop on the Mockl Community Bus, with multiple parking facilities available on-site. Medical care is emergency treatment until other medical institutions begin their hours, and prescriptions are limited to in-hospital dispensing for the holiday period. Detailed examinations such as blood tests, X-rays, and electrocardiograms are not performed. The center provides referrals to other hospitals based on symptoms, offers support in English and other languages, and features barrier-free accessibility. Saturday hours are 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, while Sunday, public holidays, and year-end and new year holidays are 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Registration hours are shorter than consultation hours. For symptoms such as fever, cough, and runny nose, registration hours are further reduced, and if infection is suspected, mask-wearing is required and family accompaniment is recommended whenever possible. Note that internal medicine consultations are not available for junior high school students and younger.
