Fujitani Clinic opened in 1964 in Ishibashi, Ikeda City, Osaka Prefecture, and underwent renovation in July 2016. The clinic is led by Dr. Shohei Yokota, former Associate Professor of Hematology and Oncology at Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine, and provides general internal medicine and basic dermatology services. Operating on a complete appointment-only basis, the clinic maintains strict infection prevention measures requiring all patients to wear masks, sanitize their hands, undergo temperature checks, and confirm their recent activity history before visits. The clinic is committed to maintaining a hygienic hospital environment through employee health management, daily temperature monitoring, room ventilation, alcohol-based disinfection of door knobs, installation of air purifiers and humidifiers, bio-filters for air conditioning, and floor disinfection using robotic vacuum cleaners. In terms of medical services, the clinic conducts residential health screenings for Ikeda City residents, cancer screenings for colon, lung, and prostate cancer, osteoporosis screening using ultrasound, and provides pneumococcal and influenza vaccinations on a request basis.
