Located on the first floor of Hirakata City Medical Association Building adjacent to Hirakata City Hospital, the Kitagawauchi Pediatric Night Emergency Center provides emergency care for pediatric internal medicine conditions up to the third year of junior high school. Services operate from 9 PM to 7 AM the following day, with reception hours from 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM. English, Korean, and other languages are supported, with parking and barrier-free facilities available. Prescribed medications are limited to one-day supply or holiday duration only, and follow-up with a primary care physician is required the next day (or after holidays). Injuries, burns, foreign body ingestion, and eye, ear, or dental conditions are not covered, and consulting the nearest clinic, secondary hospital, or emergency telephone consultation is recommended. When a physician determines that hospitalization or detailed examination is necessary, this center refers patients to secondary emergency medical facilities such as Hirakata City Hospital. Patients are requested to bring their health insurance card and various medical certificates, and cooperation with infection prevention measures such as wearing masks and hand sanitization is requested.
