The clinic provides services in both English and Korean, offering medical care to people with diverse linguistic backgrounds. In specialized medical care, electronic endoscopy is used to visually explain the affected areas of the ear, nose, and throat by displaying them on a monitor. Ultrasound examinations are performed to check for the presence of tumors in the thyroid and parotid glands. Laser treatment is also administered for allergic rhinitis, particularly used for cases with severe nasal congestion. COVID-19 vaccinations are available, and the clinic's environment has been improved including infection control measures. Business hours are 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM in the morning and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the afternoon. The clinic is closed on Fridays, Sundays, and public holidays, as well as during the year-end and New Year holidays and from August 13 to 15.
