Mishima Dental Clinic, located in Tamahara, Tamano City, Okayama Prefecture, has a history spanning over 70 years across three generations since its establishment as Mishima Dental Office in 1946. The current director, Dr. Yuzo Mishima, graduated from the School of Dentistry at Ohu University and gained seven years of clinical experience at a dental practice in Oyama City before opening this clinic. Services offered are wide-ranging, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, implants, teeth whitening, and home visit care, accommodating patients from children to the elderly. Dr. Mishima holds a specialist qualification from the Japanese Society of Oral Implantology, is a member of the International Dental Association, and continues to refine his expertise through domestic and international academic conferences and study sessions, including training experience in the United States. With the generational transition, the clinic underwent a complete interior and exterior renovation and has introduced the latest medical equipment. Office hours are 9:00–13:00 in the morning and 14:00–18:00 in the afternoon, with last reception at 12:00 and 17:30 respectively. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, and public holidays. English-language assistance is available, credit card and electronic payment are accepted, and an expanded parking lot is provided for the convenience of patients traveling by car.
