Nagoshi Orthopedic Clinic is located approximately a 5-minute walk from Niwa-se Station on the JR Sanyo Main Line. The clinic is led by Dr. Mitsuru Nagoshi, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon certified by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association. The clinic provides comprehensive care for common orthopedic conditions including shoulder pain, numbness in the limbs, knee pain, lower back pain, and osteoporosis, with particular focus on shoulder joint disorders (frozen shoulder, rotator cuff tears, dislocation, and osteoarthritis) as well as elbow and finger conditions (tennis elbow, tenosynovitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome). Sports injuries are also treated extensively, covering throwing injuries of the shoulder and elbow, anterior cruciate ligament injuries, and ankle ligament injuries, with rehabilitation by five full-time physical therapists serving as a cornerstone of treatment. Advanced therapies are also available, including focused extracorporeal shock wave therapy for plantar fasciitis and chronic tendon and ligament conditions, as well as PRP therapy for osteoarthritis and ligament injuries. The director personally performs surgeries, with shoulder procedures conducted at an external facility. The clinic features a spacious parking lot with approximately 30 spaces and is fully accessible. English-language support is available, and an online appointment and queue management system helps reduce waiting times. Office hours are 9:00–12:30 in the morning and 15:30–19:00 in the afternoon, with the clinic closed on Sundays, public holidays, and during the year-end/New Year and Obon periods.
