Okuno Dental Clinic is located in Saiwaicho, Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, approximately a 10-minute walk from Kurashiki Station. The clinic director graduated from Osaka Dental University and, after gaining experience as a staff dentist, opened the practice in 2008. In September 2023, the clinic received certification from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as a "Strengthened Family Dentist Function Dental Clinic" (Ka-Kyoshin), a designation awarded only to approximately 10% of dental clinics nationwide that meet rigorous standards. This certification enables patients to receive preventive treatments within the scope of insurance coverage, including monthly periodontal maintenance and fluoride application for early-stage cavities. In terms of equipment, the clinic has introduced the latest dental CT diagnostic device "SOLIO XZII," enabling precise three-dimensional visualization of bone structure and nerve proximity that was difficult to assess with conventional two-dimensional X-rays. In treatment consultations, the clinic carefully explains the differences between insurance-covered and self-pay options, proposing treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs and wishes. In addition to general dentistry, the clinic also offers self-pay treatments such as implants, teeth whitening, and ceramic restorations. English-language consultations are available, and the clinic accepts credit cards and electronic payments.
