Urakami Clinic, operated by Seifukai Medical Corporation, is an internal medicine clinic located in Honami, Bizen City, Okayama Prefecture. The clinic specializes in respiratory diseases (pneumoconiosis, pulmonary emphysema, asthma, etc.) and lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia. For diabetic patients on insulin or BOT therapy, the clinic offers self-monitoring of blood glucose (SMBG) and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Allergy care is also comprehensive, with in-house testing covering 41 allergy items in approximately 30 minutes, available for patients from infancy. Sublingual immunotherapy for cedar pollinosis and other allergies is also provided. The clinic is registered as a home medical care support clinic, offering a wide range of home medical services including gastrostomy management, IVH port management, home parenteral nutrition, and home oxygen therapy, while working in close collaboration with hospitals and visiting nursing stations. Dietary guidance by a registered dietitian (by appointment), various vaccinations (available from birth), and specific health checkups are also offered. The director has completed the Okayama Prefecture Palliative Care Training Program. Infection control measures are in place, including separate examination spaces for patients with suspected infectious diseases. English-language support is available, and parking is provided. Office hours are 8:30–12:00 in the morning and 16:00–18:00 in the afternoon, with the clinic closed on Sundays and public holidays.
