Located in Beppu City, Oita Prefecture, JA Kyosai Beppu Rehabilitation Center provides specialized medical care focused on convalescent rehabilitation. For patients who have completed acute-phase treatment and whose symptoms are stabilizing, a multidisciplinary team offers comprehensive physical and psychological support to help them return home and reintegrate into society. Operating hours are weekdays from 8:30 AM to 11:50 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:20 PM, closed on weekends and holidays. A distinctive feature of this facility is its expansive grounds, equivalent to approximately three Tokyo Domes. The site includes unique amenities such as a hot spring pool utilizing Beppu's natural thermal waters, a driving course for rehabilitation purposes, and a 2DK training room that recreates a home environment. Since February 2026, the center has also begun accepting consultations for outpatient driving support. Day and home-visit rehabilitation services are available for patients discharged from convalescent rehabilitation wards and local residents. For individuals with disabilities aged 18 to 65, the center offers social reintegration rehabilitation through more than 30 specialized programs.
