Ishihai Clinic, located in Nishi-Honmachi, Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, was an internal medicine clinic established in July 2019 that provided medical services as a clinic specializing in hematology. The clinic offered English support and barrier-free access, operating as an insurance medical facility. As part of medical DX promotion, it had a system for online qualification verification, enabling doctors to check medical history and medication information in examination rooms. The clinic also issued detailed receipts showing individual medical fee calculation items and established a system to share medical information of patients receiving home care with other medical institutions and care providers using ICT. Efforts included overtime care additions, night and early morning care additions, and outpatient infection control enhancement additions. The clinic closed at the end of November 2025 due to various circumstances, and new patient acceptance has ended.
