Tsuchido Children's Clinic, located in Hinodecho, Yamatotakada City, Nara Prefecture, is a pediatric specialty clinic operated by the Social Medical Corporation Kenseikai. Established in 1983 when the pediatric outpatient department of Tsuchido Hospital became independent, it has since supported the health of children in the community as a specialized pediatric clinic. Morning consultations begin at 9:00 AM, while afternoons are dedicated to vaccinations and special examinations. Evening consultations are also offered at Tsuchido Hospital on Tuesdays and Thursdays, allowing visits across a wide range of hours. The clinic has introduced a web-based reservation system to reduce waiting times. Inside, a nursing room, toilet for young children, and kids' space where babies can crawl are available, creating a comfortable environment for families with small children. Given that many pediatric patients visit for infectious diseases, vaccinations are conducted by complete reservation at times separate from general consultations. Additionally, an adjacent infectious disease treatment room allows patients to receive examinations and treatment via a separate pathway by contacting staff through an intercom. The clinic provides a wide range of vaccinations including Hib, pediatric pneumococcal, hepatitis B, rotavirus, tetravalent combination (DPT-IPV), and BCG, and also offers allergy outpatient services and short stature consultations. In 2015, a sick child daycare facility called "Zousan no Ouchi" was opened on the premises, where nurses and childcare workers care for sick children from 6 months to 6th grade. English support is available, and parking is provided. The clinic is also a facility implementing free and reduced-fee medical care programs, showing consideration for families facing economic difficulties.
