Consultation hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the morning and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the afternoon, with a dedicated time slot for vaccinations and infant health checkups from 2:15 PM to 3:30 PM. A web reservation system is available, offering both scheduled appointments and same-day queue reservations to help reduce waiting times. English-language support is available. The three-story building is equipped with X-ray and infusion rooms, as well as parking and barrier-free facilities.
