Josanin Kimiomoi, located in Kawage-cho, Tsu City, Mie Prefecture, is a community-based midwifery clinic independently established in 2017 by certified midwife Nozomi Owaki. The clinic operates under the motto of "being by your side rather than instructing," and continues to serve as a trusted presence for mothers navigating the challenges of childcare. While standard hours run from 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, home visits are also available outside business hours after 18:00 and on weekends and holidays when scheduling permits, offering a flexible support system. Starting in October 2025, in-person consultations at the clinic are now available in addition to the existing home visit services, expanding the options for clients. The clinic covers a wide range of topics, from weight management during pregnancy, edema, and pregnancy-induced hypertension to breastfeeding support, postpartum depression, and skincare, providing continuous care from pregnancy through the postpartum period. Services are offered in multiple languages including English and Korean, and on-site parking is available, ensuring easy access from the surrounding areas.
