Nakano ENT Clinic, located on the 2nd floor of Asakura Medical Building in Ukurasu, Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture, opened in November 2022, inheriting the practice of Otsu ENT Clinic, which had served the local community for many years. Under the leadership of Director Dr. Seiichi Nakano, a graduate of Asahikawa Medical University, Dr. Shinya Otsu has also joined the practice for consultations every Friday since January 2025. The clinic is open from 09:00 to 18:00 and is closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, public holidays, and year-end/New Year period. The clinic accepts fever patients regardless of their visit history, implementing infection prevention measures with separate flow routes for patient care. Wearing masks inside the facility is strongly recommended to prevent hospital-acquired infections. The clinic has introduced the 'Aiticket' queuing system, allowing patients to book their consultation sequence via smartphones or computers. Since December 2025, the clinic has begun accepting My Number insurance cards via smartphone, further improving reception services. The facility features a parking lot and is fully barrier-free. Multilingual services are also available, including English.
