Located in Sugiiu, Kochi City, this internal medicine clinic has been serving patients for over 20 years since opening in 2000, with an annual record of over 2,000 endoscopic examinations. In March 2024, the clinic upgraded to the Fujifilm 7000 system and is equipped with two transnasal endoscopes, one standard endoscope, and two magnifying colonoscopes. The facility has introduced advanced equipment including the transnasal endoscopes GIF-1200N and GIF-XP290N, magnifying gastroscope GIF-H290Z, gastroscope GIF-H290, and colonoscope PCF-H290ZI. Since opening, the clinic has maintained comprehensive records of all endoscopic images and findings, and has also updated its NEXS endoscopy information management system. In 2022, the clinic recorded 1,364 gastroscopy procedures (495 transnasal) and 522 colonoscopy procedures (107 polypectomies and mucosal resections). The clinic is fully equipped with Abbott Affinion 2 for rapid blood testing, Nihon Kohden electrocardiogram, abdominal ultrasound diagnostic equipment, and X-ray imaging system. Electronic prescriptions have been available since June 2025, and My Number insurance has been accepted since November 2025. The facility offers wheelchair accessibility and parking, with English-language medical consultations available.
