Tsubasa Home Family Clinic is a home care support clinic that opened in January 2023 in Kanaya, Yokosuka City. The clinic provides primary care through general outpatient services and home visits, offering 24-hour, 365-day home visit services for regular visiting patients. Clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00, with closed on holidays. Monday mornings are reserved for outpatient visits by appointment, while other times focus primarily on home visits. Since April 2023, the clinic operates with two physicians and Thursday has been added as an open day. Home visit coverage extends across the entire Miura Peninsula centered on Yokosuka, including Miura, Hayama, and Zushi. The clinic specializes in internal medicine and features English-speaking staff. Located a one-minute walk from Hirazaku bus stop, the clinic is situated on the third floor of Yokoyama Building, opposite Kasumi Clinic Building.
