Hora Clinic is located on the 2nd floor of the Chugai Building in Furo-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City, situated directly behind the Yokohama Cultural Gymnasium. Operating since 2004, it is a comprehensive medical facility handling Internal Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, Cardiology, Dermatology, Smoking Cessation Clinic, Urology, and Mental Health Counseling. It also provides home visits for individuals living alone who are unable to travel and offers end-of-life care. The clinic's philosophy is "Trust, Responsibility, and Warmth," practicing WHOLE HUMAN CARE. Business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 to 11:30 and 14:00 to 16:30. Wednesday has morning hours only, with afternoon home visits, and Saturday operates from 9:00 to 11:30. The clinic is closed on Sundays and holidays, and does not operate during year-end/New Year holidays or the Obon break. When holidays fall on Monday, morning hours are available. English services are available, and credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments are accepted. The director graduated from Juntendo University and worked at the Cleveland Clinic in the US in 1989. He holds qualifications as a Board Certified Internal Medicine Specialist and Cardiology Specialist. He is a Doctor of Medicine and serves as a part-time lecturer at Juntendo University School of Medicine. In 2015, he received the 4th Japan Medical Association Red Beard Award and the 44th Yomiuri Shimbun Medical Merit Award. The clinic handles a wide range of health concerns excluding gynecology, contributing to local healthcare.
