Midorino-ya Clinic is an internal medicine clinic run by the Social Welfare Foundation Camalad Medical Department, located in Aoto-cho, Midori-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is adjacent to the "Midorino-ya" day facility for people with severe multiple disabilities and serves as a regional multifunctional support facility for people with severe motor and intellectual disabilities. The clinic provides medical care from two perspectives: "healthcare that supports life itself" and "healthcare that supports a richer life." The target patients include facility users and their families, as well as people with disabilities from childhood living in the northern part of Yokohama. Dr. Takehiro Ishizuka, the Director of the Medical Department, has experience at Shimada Ryouiku-en and Aoba Ryouiku Center, and continues to practice at the Pediatric Neurology Outpatient Department of the Labor Accident Hospital and the Specialty Outpatient Department of the Yokohama Ryouiku Medical Center. The facility is designed with an accessible environment, including English language support, parking, and barrier-free facilities. Medical services provided include health promotion, early treatment of diseases, vaccinations, health checkups, document preparation, and early detection and treatment of lifestyle-related diseases.
